BJ Vel Sdn. Bhd. is a fully licensed Malaysian company specialising in metal & scrap recycling, demolition, dismantling, marine salvage, and industrial waste management. Incorporated on 28 December 2010 under the Companies Act 1965, BJ Vel began as a logistics and warehousing company before expanding into the metal and scrap recycling industry, leveraging strong transportation capabilities and industry expertise.
Today, BJ Vel serves clients across Malaysia, supporting industrial manufacturers, marine operators, and large-scale facilities with safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible solutions.

Appointed on 1 March 2018, Y.A.M. Tengku Sulaiman Shah brings decades of leadership experience across property development, corporate governance, and public service. His distinguished career includes senior roles in public-listed companies and service to the Royal Court of Selangor.
